Chocolate and coconut cake

INGREDIENTS:
100 g plain chocolate
300 g flour 
100 grated coconut
250 g sugar
100 g butter
3 eggs
½ cup milk
1  vanillin envelope
1  yeast powder envelope

DIRECTIONS:
Put the chocolate in a bowl.
Slowly pour half a glass of boiling water and stir until chocolate is well melted.
Leave to cool.
In another bowl beat eggs and sugar.
Little by little add flour, milk, melted butter, coconut, vanilla, and melted chocolate (if you wish you can added cocoa too).
Stir and mix until smooth.
Add yeast powder after melting it with a little milk.
Transfer the mix in a buttered baking pan.
Bake at 180° for about one our.
